Senior Tax Manager at Lubin Talent Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading multiple client engagements and delivering exceptional tax compliance, research, and consulting services. You will play a key role in managing staff deliverables, driving business development efforts, and providing training and career guidance to team members. Your expertise in various entity types and complex tax issues will be essential in supporting our clients and contributing to our firm's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple client engagements with full accountability.
• Deliver comprehensive tax compliance, research, and consulting services for corporate, partnership, and individual returns.
• Prepare, review, and oversee the completion of staff deliverables, including tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations, and write-up work across various entity types (C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnership, multi-state, etc.).
• Support business development initiatives by meeting with prospective and existing clients, preparing fee quotes and proposals, and assessing client needs.
• Facilitate training for new hires and provide ongoing professional development and career guidance for staff.
• Engage in consulting projects and fulfill special requests from management and clients.
• Research and analyze trends and developments in complex domestic and international tax issues.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• 5 to 7 years of public accounting experience with a midsize or regional firm.
• Minimum of 2 years in a tax manager role.
• Proficient in Individual, Partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp, and High Net Worth (HNW) taxation.
• Experience with Trusts and Estates taxation is a plus
