SENIOR TAX MANAGER

BOUTIQUE CPA and TAX ADVISORY FIRM

Responsibilities:

• Provide tax consulting services to high end ultra high net worth tax clientele
• Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns-personal, corporate, flow through entities
• Assist with the training, motivation and retention of the tax staff
• Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial and team oriented environment
• Interface with sophisticated clientele (domestic and international)

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of public accounting tax experience
• Must have strong high net worth tax and flow through entity tax experience
• Should have some international tax exposure
• Must have strong technical skills and the ability to interact with sophisticated clientele
• Must have strong management skills and the desire and ability to train, manage and motivate staff
• Ability to work independently and a team player
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
