Job Title: Senior Technical Consultant (ServiceNow)
Location: Remote 100% (within USA)
Description: Seeking a Senior Technical Consultant (TC) with expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module. The candidate will lead core setup and integration workshops.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Senior Technical Consultant (TC) for Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Lead workshops for core platform setup and integrations.
Required Skills:
- ServiceNow
- Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator & Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Customer Service Management (CSM).
- Agile software development experience (e.g., Jira or equivalent).
- Integration experience with various systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with ITSM capabilities, including automated account management, email server integration, help desk apps, and asset management.
- Knowledge of 22+ integrations, including but not limited to Active Directory, Genesys Call Stats, Mulesoft, VMware vCenter, AWS, Splunk, GitLab, Red Hat Satellite, and others.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in government consulting.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and lead discovery sessions.
- Strong understanding of workflow analysis and building efficient workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Familiarity with integrations and APIs.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Six (6) years of direct experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
