You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday, starting the week of January 6th, 2025
Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Brex's Product and Engineering teams to develop platform capabilities that meet the needs of all customer segments, from startups to enterprisesDevelop platform-wide narratives and thought leadership content that inspires finance leaders to redefine how they manage their company financesCreate the overarching messaging and positioning for the Brex platform and ecosystem, highlighting our capabilities in artificial intelligence, reporting, security, compliance, and integrationsHelp shape our embedded finance go-to-market strategy by crafting a compelling product offering, creating a powerful narrative, and designing innovative monetization / distribution plansCollaborate closely with Brex's Product, Sales, and Marketing teams on high-visibility initiatives, including product launches, marketing programs, and field enablementServe as the go-to internal product marketing expert for the Brex platform, ensuring a clear and consistent message across all marketing and sales channelsManage and promote our API offerings, including design, functionality, and how they enable seamless connections with other financial systemsRequirements 5+ years of experience in a technical product marketing role3+ years of in enterprise B2B sales and marketingDeep knowledge in systems design, architecture, infrastructure, and toolingStrong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives Ability to drive alignment and influence strategic product and GTM stakeholders Must be willing to work in office 2 days per week on Wednesday and ThursdayBonus points Knowledge of paymentsPractical experience in developing applications, systems, and infrastructureBackground in engineering, product management, or solutions engineering/architectureCompensationThe expected salary range for this role is $165,884 - $207,355
However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity
