The **Commercial Solutions Area, Chief Technology Office (CSA CTO)** is a global team that works across customer-facing and product teams to onboard, strengthen and synthesize solutions for Enterprise commercial customer sales and delivery, and accelerate the availability of emerging and future growth solutions. We are hiring for a Senior Technical Program Manager.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to focus on production needs and operational tooling in partnership between the CSA CTO team and the Microsoft Innovation Hub (previously Microsoft Technology Centers), whose mission is to deliver deep technical engagements focused on business outcomes across the globe. It requires a dynamic virtual team leader who can cultivate relationships with management and cross-functional teams.
This role will drive the roadmap and development of Microsoft Innovation Hub's offer catalog and ground their offerings in Solution Truth (customer desirability, product feasibility, and delivery viability). Leveraging CSA CTO's strength in driving consensus and strengthening relationships, you will create and orchestrate a governance program for both quality assurance checks and identifying repeatable solutions through harvesting intellectual property to strengthen and generate new offers from customer engagements.
You will drive cross-organization efforts to define, gather, and prioritize business and technical requirements from stakeholders, gaining insights to make data driven decisions for developing, maintaining, and governing the offer catalog. The selected candidate will have experience in envisioning programs and/or customer engagements as well as a background in product management or production.

**Responsibilities**
+ Turn vision and high-level strategy into technical business requirements for internal product development and tooling, driving and delivering features from ideation to launch as well as maintenance.
+ Drive a clear development roadmap with a prioritized backlog for production to ensure that investments in features and enhancements deliver the anticipated value to customers and align with Microsoft's business objectives.
+ Solicit stakeholder feedback and conduct research for usability and performance impact while identifying gaps in platforms, services, or processes that act as barriers to achieving the team's objectives.
+ Draft and track data-driven Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to benchmark what success looks like and drive continuous improvement.
+ Create executive reports and detailed metric tracking for individual teams that surface blockers or risks, highlight shared accountabilities, and celebrate impactful achievements.
+ Lead milestone reviews, the production rhythm-of-business, and cross-team communications.
+ Establish and run governance for strategic assets produced by partner teams, influencing without authority.
+ Operationalize processes to generate clarity and awareness of inbound and outbound dependencies.
+ Manage day-to-day planning, processes, procedures, and communications that support programs, projects, and initiatives to ensure successful execution and leadership buy-in.

**Qualifications**
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
