Senior Technical Records Analyst - GA Telesis

GA Telesis is seeking a Senior Technical Records Analyst to join our well-known Asset Management team in Fort Lauderdale, FL.   This individual will report to the Technical Records Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Audit, review, complete and maintain the complete back to birth records and full traceability of aircraft and engine life limited parts and whole assets
  
  
• Review aircraft and engine records to ensure company assets have complete documentation in support of business and regulatory requirements (Research and analyze FAA & EASA Airworthiness Directives)
  
  
• Research and analyze FAA & EASA Airworthiness Directives (ADs)
  
  
• Research and extract ADs hard time and QEC/DFPs
  
  
• Work with airlines and other customers as requested with records research
  
  
• Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations
  
  
• Streamline work process and work cooperatively with the team to provide quality and seamless customer service
  
  
• Organize, scan, and file records

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience with Life Limited Parts reviews
• Excellent research and analytical ability
• Able to work with limited assistance and supervision thoroughly and accurately
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Detail oriented and able to work under pressure to meet company objectives
• Able to multitask and work with a large volume of files and documents on a daily basis
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access)
