Responsibilities:
- Assembling, testing, integrating, aligning, and repairing of laser medical products, assemblies
- Perform inspection and assembly of laser medical products and components
- Perform functional testing following a provided written procedure
- Monitor and manipulate the instruments and processes used to assemble medical device products
- Follow written manufacturing procedures and complete inspection documentation
- Maintain cleanliness of work and common areas
- Assist with inventory control, warehouse, shipping and receiving
- Aid in building & validating test fixtures
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of production experience with laser medical devices or similar products
- Proficient in light manufacturing and assembly equipment such as PCB soldering stations, wire cutters/strippers, screwdrivers, tape measure, wrenches and other small hand tools
- Ability to move and lift components weighing 25 lbs. minimum
- High school diploma is required
- Associates of Science degree in engineering or technical discipline is preferred
