Job Overview
They are looking for a technician with 2-5 years of experience in AV installation, home automation, and related fields. This role is ideal for someone ready to build upon foundational skills, work independently on high-end residential projects, and contribute meaningfully to a team committed to service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and Maintenance: Perform AV system installations, networking, and home automation setups with a focus on high-quality execution
- System Configuration: Familiarity with platforms like Control4, Crestron, or other automation systems is beneficial
- Project Versatility: Work across various tasks, including pre-wiring, finishing installations, and performing quality control
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor on all projects
- Collaborative Work: Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and uphold company standards
- Tool Management: Use personal hand tools as needed; company-provided equipment will be available
Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years in AV installation, home automation, or a similar field
- Technical Skills: Competency with AV systems and hands-on installation experience; knowledge of Control4 or Crestron is a plus
- Reliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for travel to the office and job sites
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a client-first attitude
- Flexibility: Willing to work occasional weekends and 8-10 hours of overtime, as needed

Compensation
