Minimum Requirements:
- 5 + years of experience with key contact center technologies and system/application/data integration such as but not limited to: ACD – ACD intregration with Genesys – 5 yrs , IVR – 6 yrs, CTI – 5 yrs, Outbound Dialers – 2 yrs, Multi-Media – 6 months, Speech Recognition – 2 yrs, Workforce Management – 5 yrs, Call Recording/Quality – 7 plus years, Voice Gateways – 3 years and Windows Desktop - whole career 11 plus years
- 5 + years of experience with design, development, implementation and support of IT infrastructure technologies including Windows- 2 yrs, Linux –doesn't have, Oracle – 6 months, SQL Server – 5 yrs , Cisco –no experience, Desktop and Java/.Net applications – 6 yrs
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Networking is required. – Masters in Computer Applications
- Hands-on experience using/configuring Genesys 8.xVoice platform with SIP Call Control expertise using Composer/Orchestration and IRD for routing. 2 yrs of experience
- Strong knowledge of Genesys 8.x Email/Chat/Social platform 6 months
- Strong knowledge of Genesys 8.x products including Universal Routing Server (URS), IRD, Composer, GVP, Orchestration, SIP Server, Routing design, IRD, T-Server, Stat Server, Infomart, GI2/Business Objects, CCPulse, Interaction workspace (IWS), Outbound 2 yrs
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with Multi/Cross-Channel (email, chat, social, sms, voice) routing preferred
- Strong knowledge of Audicodes Client and TDM/VoIP gateway preferred
- Scripting language including Linux/Unix/Windows shell and JavaScript is preferred
- Programming language in Java, .NET, JavaScript is an additionally preferred.
- Experience in the introduction of new technologies and standards into a mature IS or business environment
- Ability to effectively adapt to and apply rapidly changing technology to business needs
