Senior Telecom Test Engineer - Bellevue, Washington - Georgia IT Inc.

OSS IS REQUIRED

• More than 5 years experience in the field of Performance / QA / Testing with specialization in testing of telecom billing applications and testing of web based & Client Server applications, effective use of Performance, QA and Testing practices.
• Strong knowledge of Functional testing, System Integration testing, Performance testing, UAT.
• Experienced in defining Testing Methodologies, designing and writing Test Plans and Test Cases.
• Mentoring highly proficient Testing Teams across onshore / offshore locations.
• Has good working knowledge of Automation Tools: JMeter, QTP and Load Runner.
• Extensive experience in coordinating testing effort, responsible for test deliverables, daily dashboard preparation & issue escalations between different teams in different geographical locations.
• Good experience in preparation of testing environment, getting third party interfaces integrated for UAT.
• Has good Domain Knowledge in Telecom, OSS/BSS and worked with BSCS, CS and/or CBIO.
• Knowledge of SOAP, Web Service technologies, SAP Care, Ericsson Order Care highly desired.
• Professional experience in designing Test Cases and Test Scripts for Shell scripting and UNIX environments.
• Developing and Maintaining Test Scripts, analyzing bugs and interacting with development team members in fixing the defects.
• Good interpersonal skills, good documentation skills, hands-on, result oriented, hardworking and team player.
