| Description/Comment: | You will be a part of the Software Test team and report to the Senior Manager, Test Engineering responsible for Beckman Coulter Microbiology. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Design/Architect Test Automation framework and develop Test Automation code using Python script and TestComplete for new and existing Microbiology Software Write Test Scenarios using Gherkin Language Build and maintain C/CD pipelines using Azure Devops integrated with TestComplete Add to and maintain tests in the existing Smoke Tests and Regression Tests Suites Provide improvements and enhancements to the existing Suite of Tests Identify Testing Best Practices and ensure good test coverage Assist Management with resource allocation and project planning tasks Provide leadership to drive improvements and build skillset within the Software Test team Train others and bring new testing knowledge to the team The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering with 5+ years programming experience or master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 3+ years programming experience 3+ years of experience testing Desktop Applications Demonstrated familiarity with Agile Scrum Methodologies Experience building continuous integration pipelines (CI/CD) using Azure Devops or Jenkins Experience building Test Automation Framework from ground up using TestComplete or similar C++, C# or Java Development experience Demonstrated team leadership ability, strong communication and collaboration skills It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Client-ALM Human Factors / Usability Medical device software development under FDA and global regulation |
