JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB LOCATION: 2960 Triverton Pike Drive, Fitchburg, WI
53711 JOB DUTIES: Responsible for managing, developing, and implementing
training programs in compliance with company policy and state and
federal regulations for Assisted Living and Memory Care facility.
Specific duties include: (1) conducting all company-wide trainings for
staff and management to ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents in
accordance with company standards of care and state/federal regulations;
(2) working alongside Human Resources to ensure training is successful;
(3) assisting in developing appropriate training measures for all staff;
(4) keeping all training software up to date on a constant basis; (5)
providing ongoing training and coaching to employees and maintaining
ongoing communication with staff to answer training questions; (6)
evaluating employee performance to ensure staff adheres to training
protocols; (7) conducting regular monthly in-services training to ensure
trainings are current and staff are aware of policies and changes; (8)
documenting all training. REQUIREMENTS: 3 years of experience working in
assisted living, including specific leadership experience at an assisted
living care facility; Department of Health Services (DHS) 83
