Join a dynamic engineering consulting firm seeking a talented and motivated Transportation Engineer to join their growing team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a wide range of projects, from traffic impact studies and signal design to transportation planning and roadway design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preform traffic impact studies, traffic flow analysis and signal systems.
- Roadway design ensuring compliance with state and federal standards.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and other project deliverables to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including transportation planners, civil engineers, and environmental specialists, to develop integrated solutions to transportation challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required.
- 10+ years of traffic engineering or transportation planning.
- Professional Engineer (PE) and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (P.T.O.E.)
- Proficient in VISSIM, Synchro, HCS and other similar software.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
