Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Transportation Program/Project Manager position include:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; professional licensure (PE, RA, PLA, PLS) strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in transportation project management.
• Manage large, multi-departmental projects exceeding $2M in revenue, ensuring profitability and compliance with all regulations.
• Develop and track complex proposals, including scopes, budgets, schedules, and potential issues.
• Identify new markets and opportunities, leading business development efforts across Florida.
• Mentor and guide project teams, providing annual performance evaluations and career development plans.
• Promote quality assurance processes to improve deliverables and reduce design errors.
• Collaborate with internal leadership and various departments to advance client relationships.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
