Overview:Seeking an experienced Bank Administration and Reporting Treasury Senior Analyst to join our growing team. This is a new role that will be primarily responsible for bank administration and reporting initiatives.
How you'll make an impact:Bank Administration –
Support the execution and coordination of Treasury related action items associated with acquired companies’ bank account infrastructure, ongoing payments strategy, and other financial activities (cash, investments, and derivative agreements used to manage risk)
- Bank Administration duties as it relates to open, close bank accounts (Domestic and International).
- Establish banking relationships with our partnership banks.
- Drive continuous process improvements for Treasury’s Mergers and Acquisitions operations.
- Establish relationships with resources from both Treasury and other departments to assist in completion of project objectives.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation to monitor and track progress.
- Assist in managing changes to the project scope and project schedule.
- Perform other duties and functions as assigned.
Reporting and Integration -
Analyze Operating and Cash flow reporting – standalone and consolidation.
- Work with finance teams and business units to create daily global cash reports timely and accurately.
- Responsible for ongoing and ad hoc reporting for senior management
- Utilize Treasury Workstation BI tools to provide global business performance analysis across multiple business units – research issues that arise from Global Ops reporting.
- Proactively lead continuous process improvement efforts to optimize and improve the cash forecasting model on an ongoing basis.
- Update and Track acquisitions per assigned division – banking and liquidity.
- Update Visio – Bank schematics.
- Project management – work with other Treasury groups on assigned projects.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field. CPA/CTP is a plus.
- 4 years related experience required (working in project management, financial modeling, analysis, or forecasting role for large firm)
- International Exposure
- Proficiency in MS Office and Treasury Management Workstations.
- Proficient at navigating banking portals
- Must have strong quantitative analytical skills to work effectively across functions and business teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of treasury and banking activities
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication/presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability and aptitude for managing multiple projects under deadline constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and proven track record utilizing treasury workstation and financial models to create and analyze reports.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, work independently, deadline driven.
- Strong computer skills including intermediate Excel, cash modeling, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, model, communicate and present large amounts of data for leadership and other stakeholders.
- Detail oriented with ability to maintain accuracy, attention to detail, investigate issues and creative thinking.
Preferred:
- MBA, CTP and/or CPA preferred.
