" Significant hands-on research experience, with at least 7 years of experience applying research in an industry setting.
" Mastery in a broad range of mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative) research, their trade-offs and best application of methods within time constraints, and ability to explain rationale for each method.
" Ability to analyze insights and articulate recommendations that impact digital solutions.
" An understanding of the technology development cycles and can time research to have maximum impact.
" Skews towards a structured way of conducting research, with an interest in contributing to scaling research operations across the org.
" Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
" Excellent collaboration & communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate a problem space, sometimes in various ways to meet the needs of different recipients.
" Experience using remote research tools (like UserZoom, UserTesting, Miro etc.)
" Flexible schedule to facilitate meetings across international time zones (crucially: spanning California to Europe time zones).
