Senior UX Designer at TEKsystems

Sr. UX Designer

6 Month Contract, 40 hours a week

Hybrid 3 days a week onsite - would not consider 100% remote

We are looking for a designer with 7+ years of professional experience in a UX product design role, where you have delivered high quality user-centered products using user-validated UX / Design thinking methodologies to deliver evidence-based design.

Responsibilities

• Be the design owner, stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the product owner.

• Plan and perform evidence-based user experience design activities to ensure that your product’s customer value and business outcomes are aligned, and realized.

• Facilitate collaboration to see things from different perspectives by involving relevant. stakeholders and teams, and co-create with users and stakeholders all over the world.

• Develop a deep understanding of your product’s business and user needs.

• Refine lo-fidelity flows into high fidelity prototypes and final specs.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders about design decisions.

• Support Design Ops standardizing best methods, practices and assets.

• Coach and share knowledge on design methods, tools, and trends with your fellow colleagues, Mentor more junior designers.

• You are proficient in using design tools such as Mural, and Figma.
