We are looking for a curious, empathetic, and proactive design expert who is excited to work through ambiguity and deliver exceptional user experiences and lasting value to our customers.  The Senior UX Designer will collaborate closely with user research, product and engineering teams to ensure solutions are rooted in user needs while being technically feasible. You’ll champion forward-thinking, practical design and unite diverse stakeholders through collaboration, creative problem-solving, and persuasive storytelling. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience guiding designs from inception to realization, spanning concept exploration, user research, and high-fidelity feature development alongside engineering teams. *we are open to remote candidates for this role

What You’ll Do: 
 

• Act as “go to” with in-depth knowledge of UI/UX best practices and standards. Use research-related techniques to support recommendations. 
• Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers. 
• Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts. 
• Provide responsive/interactive prototypes for approval by the business that will in turn serve as templates for use by the development team. 
• Evaluate the quality of the user experience. Test, analyze and report results, and make recommendations to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and overall satisfaction of the user. 
  
    

What You’ll Bring: 
 

• 5+ years of directly related experience 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and teamwork skills 
• Self-motivated; self-starter, Good time administration 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus both on long-range projects and immediate tasks 
• Proficient in Microsoft application suite 
• Experience with Figma  
• Experience with Sketch, InVision, HTML, Visio, iOS, Android, and Adobe Creative Suite a plus 
• Experience conducting UX Research to inform design decisions product roadmaps 
• A Portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrates experiences crafting usable digital interfaces including quantitative, qualitative, usability, testing methods 
• Must be able to take a verbal or written concept and craft a UI/UX around the concept, working to maintain or reuse existing components. 
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 
   

Pay Range: $142,000 - 174,000

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
