Senior Vice President, Sales Americas
Description
The Senior Vice President of Sales, Americas, will be a key member of the Apex Group's leadership team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the company's presence throughout the Americas. This individual will lead the sales organization, develop and implement effective sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients and partners, and ensure the achievement of ambitious sales targets.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Americas region, aligning with the company's overall growth objectives.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting key clients and segments within the financial services industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Accurately forecast sales and revenue, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Represent Apex Group at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and fostering new relationships.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the financial services technology or asset servicing industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry and its evolving needs.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the Americas region.

Salary ranges from USD $150,000.00 – USD $175,00.00 plus additional market competitive variable uncapped compensation based on performance. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
