The Assemblies of God Credit Union (AGCU) is seeking a Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer who is ready to take the next step in their career in an established, growing and thriving organization.

You've worked hard to build your career and you're ready to move into a senior management position. Or maybe you've been in senior management, but are looking for a new opportunity. You have over 10 years of credit union or banking experience in a management position, having been responsible for credit oversight. You enjoy making improvements, writing policies, managing credit risk assessment processes, including credit scoring models and loan grading and developing growth strategies. You're comfortable reviewing and approving complex loan transactions, have maintained comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of state and federal regulations related to lending activities and implementing strategies to mitigate credit losses. You also want to work for an organization that isn't totally centered on making money. You long to find a place to work where you can have an impact. Where you are valued and appreciated. You want to belong, to be trusted, contributing something useful and meaningful. These are the things that give you a sense of satisfaction.
