Looking for a senior hands-on extremely creative graphic web designer to design edgy, eye-catching modern visual designs for corporate web/mobile/dashboards for the Risk and Finance users. He/ She should be extremely knowledgeable about what type of interactive navigation and functionality makes a Corporate application intuitive, simple and easy to use. If you think you can help us design futuristic user interfaces like the ones you see in sci-fi movies we would like to meet you.
The Visual Designer will be responsible for taking complex information and creating interfaces that are simple to use and elegantly designed to work across a diverse tool of technology stack using visualization tools for finance, BI and custom tools.
The candidate must be able to:
1. Design features and functionality - deliver pixel-perfect mockups and final artwork, produce visual assets, and documentation required for proper implementation.
2. Work closely with the users, UX designers and Client, and developers to iterate on and refine designs during ideation, iteration, and as they are developed for production
3. Work closely with the development teams before, during, and after implementation to ensure optimal adherence to visual specifications, quickly create and iterate on various designs using wireframes and comps, maintain consistency in terms of interactions and appearance across all web and mobile products, and deliver high definition mocks and detailed specifications.
4. Must be able to multi-task, and work independently and within teams with a can do attitude on multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
The candidate must have a proven track record of designing and delivering high-quality, innovative user interface designs through all phases of the product design lifecycle along with:
Should have strong Experience with Adobe Photoshop or alternative design software
Strong illustration, grasp of visual design principles, information design, typography, color, imagery and iconography
Compelling portfolio that demonstrates elegant and innovative visual design
Expert in creating wireframes (simple/interactive), rapid iterations of visual and/or storyboard concepts, HTML/CSS mockups in an quick iterative environment, create CSS templates
Expert-level knowledge of UI design & patterns and UX processes (user-centered and iterative design)
Design, document and develop UI standards for Interaction controls and elements, building blocks, patterns & and guidelines for web/GUI/Dashboards/Reports
Ability to work within an Agile environment on short iteration cycles
Must include their design portfolio
The Reporting & Analysis horizontal is focused on the applications and tools supporting MIS and Operational Reporting & Analysis functions across all of Risk & Finance. We implement the strategic application solutions across the Risk and Finance landscape.

Powerful reporting and analytics tools, pluggable web applications with integrated workflow.
Qualifications Primary Skills
Proficient with Corporate Web UI Design, and Architecture primarily for web based applications design for large volumes of dynamic content using data grids, lists, etc
Proficiency in using PhotoShop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, wireframing tools /UX tools including Balsamiq, Axure, etc
Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique
Strong experience in UI Development, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ Jquery, must know at least one or more of the front-end technologies
Strong understanding and deep knowledge of current web and mobile design technology opportunities and limitations
