Join us. **Job Description** The Water Business Line of AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented **Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer.** The ideal candidate will have experience with the design of municipal conveyance, pumping system, and water/wastewater treatment plant projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Serves as a project engineer on municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects including water pipelines, sewage collection systems, pump stations, storage tanks, water treatment systems, wastewater treatment systems, etc. + Leading the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, technical reports, and other project documents. + Overseeing construction phase engineering services. + Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables. + Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings. + Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements. + Participating in professional societies relevant to the industry. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + BA/BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. + Six (6) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. + Professional Engineering (PE) license in Florida or ability to obtain reciprocity within six (6) months of hire. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. + Experience and familiarity with the following programs: ArcGIS, AutoCAD, REVIT, MicroStation, SWMM, and/or Storm/Sewer/WaterCAD. + Candidates must have proven interpersonal skills, including client interaction, public speaking, and persuasive ability; strong project financial management along with ability to lead diverse, multi-disciplined teams. **Additional Information** + Relocation assistance is available for this position. + Sponsorship is not available for this position. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
