Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Web Designer with over 8 years of expertise in web design and development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with WordPress, particularly in utilizing Avada and Elementor tools, and a strong background in related technologies. This role requires a creative visionary with a keen eye for detail, who can lead web design projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of high-quality, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites using WordPress.

Utilize Avada and Elementor tools to create responsive, customized, and dynamic web pages.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketers, to ensure cohesive project execution.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and optimize web design for improved user experience.

Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and search engine ranking.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge web design solutions.

Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to foster professional growth.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in web design and development.

Proficiency in WordPress, with a strong focus on Avada and Elementor tools.

Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Experience with additional web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, and InVision.

Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects and creative solutions.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with UX/UI design and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap and Foundation.

Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and tools.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.

Certification in web design or related areas is a plus.
