Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Senior Workday/Adaptive Integrations Developer for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Regulatory clients in Rockville, MD.
This position is 100% Remote.
Our client is seeking a qualified Workday/Adaptive Integrations Developer. The contractor will be part of a fusion team and will work under the direction of a Senior Engineering Manager, who will provide governance around the implementation, to ensure its success. The Workday/Adaptive contactor will be part of a team and design, develop, validate, and implement Workday Financial Allocations, related configuration, drivers/statistics, and integrations.
Responsibilities :
" Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
" Develop and provide design and data model documentation.
" Design and build integrations from Workday to Adaptive and From Adaptive to Workday.
" Design and build custom integrations to send data to external system(s).
" Design and develop interfaces and conduct unit and integration tests.
" Manage system integrations within the architecture of the Workday Financial and Adaptive systems.
" Provide support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues, changes to existing integrations and develop new integrations.
" Provide support for incident management and daily monitoring of integrations.
" Perform routine break/fix support, regression testing and support the inbound/outbound interfaces.
" Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, compose clear documentation and problem resolution.
" Ensure integrations function as designed based on functional and technical requirements.
" Consult with business and technical teams about interface design and maintenance; collaborate on design decisions.
" Collaborate with Product Management and Quality Assurance teams to resolve issues in preparation for UAT.
" Understand and follow data governance and ensure attention to data quality.
" Understand and follow defined integration/development standards and best practices.
" Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards.
Qualifications :
" Minimum of 8 years of experience implementing Workday Financial Allocations.
" Experience with integration design.
" Experience in Workday integrations and implementation tools (Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields and Workday Studio). Experience in Workday Security preferred.
" Experience in Adaptive integration technologies, including CCDS.
" Must have a bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 6+ years of related work experience.
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
" Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions.
