IT Project Lead - Clinical and Business Information Systems

Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate all aspects of major I.S. Applications projects, from definition to delivery, ensuring seamless integration with our Data Center
* Conduct feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and design clinical and business information systems to meet clients' needs
* Develop detailed conceptual designs, specifications, and application level specifications for systems performance, integration, and data base design
* Devise and modify procedures, perform studies of the impact of major systems conversions, and maintain a knowledge of current products and systems development techniques
* Lead special analyses or studies, and work closely with clients to ensure informed decision-making
* Develop and produce custom applications software, writing programs using a variety of programming languages
Qualifications:
* 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on clinical and business information systems
* 4+ years of experience with Workday, particularly in HCM (HR) and less in reporting and integration
* UNION experience or experience in another complex environment
* Solid benefits experience and Open Enrollment
* Ability to work off hours and participate in on-call rotation
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
