Position Summary The Enterprise Solutions team at South Jersey Industries provides essential solutions and support in the SJI enterprise shared services portfolio. The Senior Workday Integration Administrator actively collaborates with Human Resources and Finance teams to configure, test, advise, and support Workday integrations. This pivotal team member serves as a system integration subject matter expert between internal business stakeholders and external Workday partners. In this role, the individual will identify opportunities for improvement, propose solutions and upgrades to maximize Workday’s integration capabilities, driving process automation, enhancements, increased return on investment, and alignment with strategic plans and business goals. Success in this position requires expert configuration experience on the Workday integration technology, as well as a deep understanding of functional design principles. Essential Functions: Meet with business stakeholders and Workday partners to participate in build/test for Workday integrations. Analyze, configure, test, and implement Workday integrations; collaborate with and lead other consultants and quality assurance teams to develop and test new enhancements; coordinate and perform testing of system changes with process owners. Deliver functional specifications/requirements and quality test scenarios and scripts to customers. Lead local and regional Workday HCM and Finance automated process review sessions, requirements meetings, development walk throughs, and user acceptance testing sessions with clients. Champion development activities such as configuring, testing, documentation, and maintenance support within the implementation of customized solutions; write and maintain documentation to describe development, reason, system coding, testing, changes, and corrections in accordance with policy and SOX auditing compliance. Recommend solutions based on the client requirements, detailing advantages, and disadvantages, and provide recommendations based on best practices; translate client business rules to functional business requirements. Configure Workday HCM and Finance integrations based on requirements. Provide, and take accountability for, accurate work estimations and target completion dates. Perform user administration and security management. Prepare training and knowledge transfer documentation. Required Skills: Experience with and in-depth knowledge of Workday or other comparable ERP System integration for both HCM and Finance. Skilled at the maintenance and support of integrations including benefits, payroll, banking, REST API, RaaS, and Studio. Knowledgeable of deployment of periodic releases to business systems. Ability to research and deploy new integrations within business systems and to define benefits to the organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Qualifications Required Background: Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar; or master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience At least 5 years of combined experience with Workday integrations and other business application integrations preferred. Prior or current Workday integration certification in the related areas preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Compensation Range: $109,500 - 175,200 We are committed to pay transparency and ensuring equitability compensation for all employees. The pay range for this position reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, bonuses, or other forms of compensation that might be part of the total compensation package. The specific salary offered will be based on a candidate’s qualifications, education, and experience.
