Responsibilities
- Daily cleaning duties as required by management
- Completion of all sidework before, during, and after the shift
- Presenting menus and assisting customers with food and beverage selections
- Taking/serving orders, making recommendations, and running food
- Assisting in guest seating and greeting
- Being attentive to all guest needs
- Available to work evenings
Requirements
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a calm and friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication skills with colleagues, management, and guests
- Thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
- Efficiently operating the restaurant's point of sale system
- Consistent punctuality and positive attitude
- Accurate financial reporting and cash handling
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Attention to cleanliness and safety standards
- High school diploma and food safety training preferred

Chef Michael Symon cooks with soul. When he’s not working, Michael is cooking at home, playing golf, thinking about his next tattoo, gardening in the backyard and spending time with his wife, Liz, Kyle, Krista, their granddaughter Emmy and staffy bull terrier Norman.
