Server - Full-Time & Part-Time - Sessions II

Sessions is seeking Servers to join the team!

This position requires exceptional leadership, vision, and hands-on delivery, interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving our guests. Servers are responsible for fostering and developing an exciting, positive, results-based environment for Sessions Restaurant, collaborating with all members of a small, exclusive operational team. Must possess strong personal organization, genuine hospitality, and care for service and people at large. Must understand and implement traditional and contemporary luxury/lifestyle standards and anticipate guest needs. This is a hands-on role.

This person must amplify the talent to take care of guests with discretion and poise in line with the European style of service.

Schedule: Must be available Wed-Sunday and additional days/shifts as needed for coverage for main dining or events.

Rate: 18.07 + 60% Tip Pool

Requirements

2 years of experience waiting tables in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of dietary restrictions and how they relate to menu options.
