This season, we're expanding our family and looking for spirited individuals to fill our Full-Time or Part-Time Server positions. Walk-In Interviews:
Please visit us for an in-person interview on weekdays between 2 and 3 p.m. When you arrive, remember to ask for Kern or Laura, the Manager.
Role Overview:
- Providing excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience.
- Greeting customers warmly and providing them with menus.
- Making thoughtful menu suggestions based on customer preferences.
- Taking and serving food and drink orders quickly and accurately.
- Ensuring tables are clean, stocked, and organized throughout the dining experience.
- Delivering checks and collecting payments in a friendly and professional manner.
- Cooperating and communicating effectively with serving and kitchen staff.
- Adhering to all health department rules and regulations.
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness and functionality of the dining room.
- Clearing tables, cleaning, and setting them up for the next service.
- Refilling and organizing all stock for the dining room.
- Occasionally performing dishwashing duties when necessary.

- Individuals are eager to learn and grow, regardless of experience level.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to enhance the dining experience.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience is necessary - we're excited to train the right candidates!
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Able to lift 5-25 pounds comfortably.
- Customer-focused with a passion for service.
- A high school diploma is preferred; food safety training is a plus.
