Job Description:

As a Server-Line Cook at Bob's Bar, you will have the opportunity to work in both the front and back of house.  Your responsibilities will include taking orders and serving food and drinks on your scheduled time as a server and to prepare menu items mostly from the grill and fryer and maintain a clean and organized work area on your scheduled time as a line cook. The line cook position is for solo cooking during less busy days (e.g. Wednesdays) and to back up the head cook during weekends.  The server position is for solo serving duing less busy days (e.g. Thursdays) and to back up the lead server during other scheduled times.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving the public, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.  Experience as both a server and line cook is preferred but related experience is acceptable.

Bob's Bar Restaurant & Motel is a woman-owned establishment located in the little town of Neihart, Montana. Bob's Bar was established by Bob and Geraldine O'Conner in 1946.  Bob's was purchased by Janice Smith-Bagheri in 2018 where she has worked to make Bob's "a better version of itself." Bob's has always taken pride in offering good food and comfortable accommodations for regional and out-of-state travelers.  We have a lot of repeat customers who are a big part of the success of Bob's, and we strive to keep them happy and coming back to Bob's where they might find their photograph on the bar walls.
