Overview:The Server, will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to customers at our establishment's outdoor dining area. The primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests have a pleasant and satisfying dining experience while dining outside.
- This role will pay an hourly wage of $10.65 plus tips

Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly, assist with seating, and provide menus.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to allergies, any special requests, or dietary restrictions.
- Be confident with the food and beverage knowledge of our menus.
- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items, making appropriate suggestions based on customer preferences.
- Generate and implement revenue boosting initiatives.
- Constantly push the upselling agenda and daily menu specials to customers.
- Work as a team with other servers, server assistant and food runner to provide better service.
Order Management:
• Relay orders to the kitchen or bar promptly and accurately.
• Make sure to include any special notes on POS when sending the order.
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers' tables.
Table Maintenance:
- Set up outdoor dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Clear tables promptly after customers finish their meals, clean and reset tables efficiently for incoming guests.
- Ensure that tables are properly stocked with utensils, napkins, condiments, and other necessary items.
Payment Processing:
- Present bills to customers, accurately process payments, and provide appropriate change.
- Handle credit card transactions and maintain the confidentiality of customers' payment information.
- Cash handling SOP should be properly follow as directed.
- Ensure that you log in and out correctly as you are responsible for all transactions carried out under your username.
- Perform check out at end of shift blind.
- Discrepancies are investigated at the time and detailed reasons are provided.
- Any suspicions of mishandling must be reported and investigated via the appropriate channels.
Sanitation and Hygiene:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the outdoor dining area, including regular table cleaning, trash removal, and restocking supplies.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for both customers and staff.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Anticipate customer needs, address concerns promptly, and handle complaints or conflicts with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth coordination between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Be flexible with the schedule and be able to adopt to changing demands of the business.
- Be entirely familiar with the POS system to ensure accurate information is entered. Ensure that you log in and out correctly as you are responsible for all transactions carried out under your username.
- Attend all on going trainings, pre-shifts and any educational training sessions to keep up to date with any changes, new directions and important information regarding our policies and operation.
Health & Safety:
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, policy and cleaning schedules are followed.
- All areas must be clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist with wash up and correct maintenance and storage of all crockery and glassware in accordance with set standards.
- Adopt and follow the set service standards and procedures to ensure that standards are maintained.
- Wash hands as often as possible and change gloves frequently.
- Monitor fridge temperatures in accordance with standards to ensure quality and safety of all food and drink is maintained.

- Pevious experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including taking orders and serving courses.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and proper sanitation practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand, walk, and lift trays or heavy objects as required.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
