As a Server in our community restaurant, you help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant. Our resident satisfaction starts with you!

What will you do as a Server?

• Take food orders, summarize, and write tickets accurately and promptly.
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all residents, serving food and beverages with a smile.
• Maintain a clean dining and service area for all.
• Help with bussing tables at the end of food service.
• Reset tables for the next meal service.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of Cogir Senior Living.

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

• A positive team player mentality and passion for serving seniors!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
• Availability to work on Sunday is a requirement of this position.
• Shifts are as follows, 7 days a week:
  • Breakfast: 7:55 AM to 9:55 AM
  • Lunch: 11:55 AM to 1:55 PM
  • Dinner: 4:55 PM to 6:55 PM
