- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression.
- Present and explain the menu, making recommendations and answering any questions.
- Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt and attentive service.
- Anticipate guest needs, and proactively address any requests or concerns.
- Handle payments, process transactions, and provide excellent check-out experiences.
- Must be able to speak clearly and understand basic English to facilitate the communication process.
- Ability to learn menu items and service procedures.
- Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment.
