Do you have a positive vibe? We are looking for you at The Reserve at Red Run! We are looking for servers in our dining room. You will greet and serve our community members in Madison Heights' newest senior independent living residence. Our building is modern and built for the next generation of seniors. The Server is responsible for setting tables, taking orders, busing tables, washing dishes, assisting the cook as needed, and completing cleaning duties.

We are offering $15-16 based on experience, full or part time, mornings evenings and weekends availability. We can fit all schedules and needs. We are looking for servers with experience working in restaurants.
Responsibilities:
- Serves patrons food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner.
- Provides information to help food and beverage selections.
- Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Prepares room for dining per chef’s direction
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Helps patrons select food and beverages by suggesting courses, explaining the chef’s specialties.
- Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons’ choices and identifying patrons’ special requests.
- Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.
- Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons’ choices from bar and kitchen and delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars.
- Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs and observing dining process.
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
- Perform cleaning duties that include dish-washing, floors, walls, equipment, storage areas, prep areas, dining room, outside receiving, and dumpster areas.
- Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Deliver trays to community members’ apartments as needed.
- Attend training sessions as required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask.
- Obtain a Food Handlers permit (as required by State regulations).
- Must be able to verify eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must have a current TB test and Physical (if required by the position).
Requirements:
- Must work at minimum every other weekend.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and support 100 pounds.
- Kneel, crouch, and bend frequently.
- Must be able to stand for entire shift.
Daily Pay, access your pay when you need it
