About the Job

Location: Charlotte, NC
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Email Management
- Monitor and manage the service email inbox
- Process and route facility work orders to appropriate team members
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and service contractors
- Vet and validate all incoming communication
- Office Support
- COI management
- Mail sorting
- Answering office phones
- Managing supplies and equipment
- Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance as needed
- Maintain organized records and files
- Assist with special projects and tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
- 60-70 WPMwith extreme accuracy (WPM test will need to be completed for speed and accuracy)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent grammar
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a facilities maintenance or related industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
