WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

As a Service Advisor - Assistant Service Manager with A+ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, you're the heartbeat of our customer interactions. Every day, you greet clients with professionalism, recommend needed services, and keep them informed on repair progress. You're the go-to for coordinating schedules and parts, making sure our techs are equipped to complete jobs smoothly and on time. With your HVAC expertise, you provide techs with part recommendations, manage work orders, and follow up on completed jobs to ensure quality service. Supporting our team and maintaining our reputation for excellence is all in a day's work for you!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Familiarity with HVAC and refrigeration systems
• 2+ years in HVAC service, service advising, or customer service roles
• Friendly and customer-focused approach
• Ability to handle a busy environment
• Clear verbal and written skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• HVAC certifications or supervisory experience
• Dispatch experience
