Summary: Responsible for selling, identifying, and documenting service, maintenance, and repair needs for customers. Schedule service appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Document service requests accurately.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
• Follow up with customers post-service for feedback.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
