Job Summary:
We are looking for a service advisor to join the team at CMA's Valley Nissan. As a service advisor, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer experiences by building relationships while driving growth. You will be required to use a dealer management system to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications:
- A commitment to providing memorable customer experiences
- A growth mindset - learning all you can about the department and the industry
- Sales experience is an asset
- 3 years experience in a dealership service department is required (Nissan preferred)
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- A high school diploma or equivalent
