Job Title: Service Advisor - Dealership
Salary Range: $50,000 - $75,000 per year (Based on Experience)

Position Overview:
As a Service Advisor, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and our service department. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating service appointments, providing information on service options, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and a background in retail trucking or automotive service.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, assess their service needs, and provide accurate information on available services.

Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments, allocate work to technicians, and ensure timely completion of service jobs.

Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their equipment, provide estimates, and address any questions or concerns.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of service orders, parts usage, and customer interactions.

Technical Assistance: Collaborate with service technicians to gather information on equipment issues and convey relevant details to customers.

Upselling Services: Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or maintenance packages to customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an retail trucking/automotive dealership or a related field.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with agriculture equipment and basic technical understanding.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in computerized service management systems.
Salary and Benefits:
