Service Advisor
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle service needs, providing them with accurate and timely information, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and determine their service needs
- Schedule appointments and manage service appointments
- Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicles and any necessary repairs
- Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Keep accurate records of service transactions
- Upsell additional services and products to customers as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is a plus
- Proficient computer skills
