Your Role as a Service Advisor:
You’ll be the front-line liaison between customers and our service team, shaping the customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure smooth operations and support in complex customer cases.
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and set expectations for service.
- Reservation Management: Efficiently manage reservations for shop customers, ensuring seamless scheduling and service delivery.
- Review Inspections and Estimates with our shop manager and technicians, communicating them to customers.
- Drive Service Salesby recommending necessary services and products.
- Order and Inventory Management to ensure the right parts are available when needed.
In this role, you’re not only the heartbeat of our service operation but also part of our management team. Your communication skills, ability to multitask, and customer focus are essential to our success.
