Ambassador to ensure our clients receive an unparalleled service experience that

reflects the excellence of the Ferrari brand.

Act as the primary point of contact for service clients, ensuring a seamless and high-quality service experience.

Greet clients warmly and assist with their service inquiries.

Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off appointments.

Maintain comprehensive records of service requests and follow-ups.

Collaborate with service technicians to provide accurate and timely updates to clients.

Manage client feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly.

Promote additional services and maintenance plans to enhance the client's ownership experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Passion for luxury automobiles and familiarity with the Ferrari brand values.

The pay for this position has a hybrid structure consisting of both a Salary of $1000 per week plus commission and bonuses. The estimated yearly earning potential of this position is roughly $80,000.
