Service communication center rep.
A Cloninger automotive dealership Service Communication
Center (SCC) representative is responsible for managing customer interactions,
generating service appointments, and promoting dealership services and products
through various channels. The primary roles and responsibilities of a SCC
representative include:
Service Customer Management
Proactively identify and contact potential service customers
through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Maintain a database of service customers, updating
information, and tracking interactions and outcomes.
Follow up on service customer questions in a timely and
professional manner, working to convert them into service appointments.
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, providing
accurate information about dealership products and services.
Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing
concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain customer relationships and promote repeat business
through exceptional service and follow-up.
Appointment Scheduling
Schedule service appointments, coordinating with
appropriate service advisor to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Confirm appointments and send reminders to customers to
reduce no-shows and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Service Support
Work closely with service advisors to ensure a seamless
handoff of customers, providing relevant information and background on customer
interactions.
Assist service advisors in meeting their goals by
generating appointments via declined services customers.
Marketing and Promotions
Promote dealership specials, events, and promotions through
outbound calls, emails, and social media.
Monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide
feedback to management for ongoing improvement.
Reporting and Analytics
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
related to lead generation, appointment scheduling, and customer satisfaction.
Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, areas for
improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Communication and Collaboration
Maintain open lines of communication with dealership staff,
providing updates and information on customer interactions and outcomes.
Collaborate with other departments to support dealership
initiatives and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
