Position Summary:
The Service Coordinator will oversee the coordination and delivery of services within the parts department. This employee will schedule appointments, manage customer database, coordinate with service technicians, resolve customer issues, and ensure efficient service delivery.
Essential Job Functions
- Conduct assessments of customer needs and develop individualized service plans.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure seamless service provision.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, address inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers through the service process.
- Collaborate with external agencies or partners to facilitate referrals and access to additional resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to customer interactions and service.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of services and recommend improvements as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, required.
- Associate degree in related field, preferred.
- 3-5 years of service coordination experience, preferred.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
