NewSouth Window is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator is responsible maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring daily processes are completed. The daily processes will include, but are not limited to, ordering service product/parts, assisting customers with service product updates, scheduling of service technicians and communicating daily with customers to ensure timely process and superior customer service .

NewSouth Window is looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator is responsible maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring daily processes are completed. The daily processes will include, but are not limited to, ordering service product/parts, assisting customers with service product updates, scheduling of service technicians and communicating daily with customers to ensure timely process and superior customer service . This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday.
We are looking for a Team Player who has excellent customer service skills and can multitask. Window/doors experience preferred but not required.

- Tracks measure flow and completions
- Communicates with production department on orders and service issues with products
- Track flow of jobs and service calls
- Orders all service product and parts for all vendors & tracks delivery timing
- Communicates with challenging customers and stays aligned with management
- Keeps up on aged jobs in manufacturing
