Job Description: Service Project Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and 3rd party vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Work Closely with New Equipment Project coordinator with Startup Documents.
- Ensure all Startup Documents from Customers are filled out properly and Files in SharePoint.
- Translate project requirements into tasks. Schedule and assign tasks appropriately.
- Work with team on project timeline to keep projects going according to schedule.
- Communicate changes related to scope, schedule, and costs to management team.
- Communicate any Warranty issues at time of Startup, working with warranty Administrator on scheduling repairs.
- Report and escalate project challenges to management and customers as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Close project and documentation, pass project deliverable to manufacturer and service team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or 2 -3 years relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well with large and diverse teams.
- Must be able to work well under pressure.
- Experience with work breakdown structure and translating project requirements into tasks.
- Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
- High degree of organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM experience preferred.
