Your Path to Success will be measured in these following ways:
- Quote Follow-Ups: Proactively follow up on quotes provided to customers to ensure timely responses and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Customer Communication: Provide detailed information (working with in-house subject matter experts) to customers regarding their repair quotes, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on the status of their quotes and repairs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and follow-up activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and repair teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues related to quotes or customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to the quote follow-up process to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service, inside sales, or service delivery role is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving
