Job Description
- Experience with Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 incident resolution in a Service Desk environment (1 yr)
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ticketing) systems – preferably ServiceNow
- Ability to interact with customers via telephone and/or email and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Able to translate technical issues into non-technical language and communicate to the customer
- Experience with Exchange account setup and troubleshooting
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Identity Management (desirable)
