A Large Healthcare Company in Portland, OR is hiring multiple Service Desk Analysts to join the team for a great opportunity!
Job Description:
- The call volume has increased due to several factors and need to decrease the hold time.
- Will be supporting internal employees including doctors and nurses along with admin staff.
- Can support password resets and even take ER calls if pc's or applications are down.
- Handle about 30-40 calls per day and use ServiceNow.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 months to a one year experience in high call volume environment.
- 1-3 months to one year experience support Windows OS's and Office Suite
- 1-3 months to one year experience supporting applications/browsers
- Certified A+ Students with personal experience are welcome (Google IT Certs as well)
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must sit in the following states - TX, OR, WA, MT, NM, AK, CA
