REQUIREMENTS
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Assist user community with the documentation and resolution of requests for service that originate (via phone, email and online) with the Service Desk.
- Coordinate assignment of requests with appropriate IT staff to ensure timely and effective resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
- CA Service Desk experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- ITIL certification preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Monday - Friday, approximately 40 hours per week, hours 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Initially trained on-site - then work remote approximately 2-3 days a week
